Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Best Ever Skin is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you do not receive your package, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider. Customers will not be reimbursed for lost or damaged packages unless the shipping carrier approves and reimburses the claim. Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Best Ever Skin reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to orders flagged for suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or undeliverable addresses. In the event an order is canceled under these conditions, the order will not be fulfilled and any resolution will be handled at the sole discretion of Best Ever Skin.
